About LoseSize

LoseSize started with a simple frustration: every health calculator on the internet wanted an account, an email address, or a subscription — before it would tell you your own BMI. So we built the opposite. Every tool here is free forever, requires no signup, and does all of its math right in your browser. Nothing you enter ever leaves your device.

The name comes from our founding idea: track inches, not just pounds. Weight is one number; how you feel in your clothes, your measurements, your strength and your habits tell the fuller story. Our tools are built around that philosophy.

What we believe

• Evidence over vibes. Every formula cites its primary source, right on the tool page.
• Safety over speed. Our planning tools refuse to recommend crash-level deficits and flag unsafe paces.
• Privacy as a feature. No accounts, no tracking pixels on tool pages, computation on-device.
• Honesty about limits. Calculators estimate. We say so, and we tell you when to ask a professional.

How the site is funded

LoseSize is an independent project. When we eventually run advertising or affiliate links, they will be disclosed on the page and listed in our editorial policy. Advertising never influences what a tool calculates.
